Maj Gen AK Ibrahim (Rtd) – Founder/Chairman, Board of Directors – He is from Borno State, a member of the 39 Regular Course of NDA. An infantry officer specializing in mobile operations and area security. He has a BA (Honours) degree in History. (NDA) Diploma in Management (ABU) and a master’s in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He attended the Nigerian National Defense College Course 23 and earned the prestigious Fellow of the National Defense College Fdc. Had a meritorious career spanning over 3 decades; he was a brigade commander, a general officer commanding, commander multinational joint task force, commander Nigerian army infantry corps and retired as Commandant, Nigerian Defense Academy. Has Nigerian national honors of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) and another from Chad
NOOC (National Order of Chad). Happily married with children. Loves discussions about peace and sustainable development in Nigeria and Africa.

Brief: Colonel Abayomi Jelili Biobaku (Rtd), CSA
Colonel Abayomi Jelili Biobaku (Rtd) is a retired Nigerian Army infantry officer from Ogun State with over 30 years of meritorious military service, a member of the SSC 32. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, and a Master’s in International Affairs and Defense Studies from the Nigerian Defense Academy. In service, he held command, instructional and staff appointments, which include Commanding Officer of 1/159 Battalion, Geidam; Staff Officer to General ML Agwai, Military Assistant to GOC 2 Division and Deputy Chief of Defense Intelligence – Maj Gen CM Abraham, Assistant Director of Operations at Army Headquarters, and Chief of Staff of HQ 16 Brigade/ Sector 2 Operation DELTA SAFE. He also served as a Monitor with the African Union’s Monitoring, Verification and Compliance Mechanism in Tigray, Ethiopia.
Since retirement, he has transitioned into corporate and critical infrastructure security. He holds the Certified Security Associate (CSA) credential from Corp Security International, alongside other certifications in international security and risk management. He is a member of ASIS International, the Nigeria Institute of Industrial Security, and the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, a Fellow of the Institute of Disaster Management and Safety Science, and an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. He is married with children.

A Commando and Special Forces Training Expert. Historically involved in designing and executing special forces training programs for the Army and Defense Headquarters.
Operational Pedigree: Commanded Special Operations Forces at the National Level and played a key role in preparing elite units for high-risk missions, with special competences in Counter Terrorism, Counter and Anti Kidnap operations, Counter Insurgency, and Asymmetric / Irregular Warfare.
Trained in the USA, India, Pakistan, South Africa amongst others. A fellow of the prestigious National Defense College, Nigeria. Member of ASIS International and IACSP (international Association for Counterterrorism and Security Professionals,). Holds a BA in Classics, with special bias in philosophy and parapsychology from the University of Ibadan. PGD in Theology, Redeemers University, and MSc in Strategic and Defense studies from NDA.
His contributions have directly influenced the operational readiness of Nigeria ‘s Special Operations Forces. He served without blemish for 35 years.
Olaniyi Odina – Co-Founder/Secretary, Board of Directors is a Nigerian entrepreneur, business executive, and digital transformation advocate. He serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Green Lunar Group of Companies, where he leads the development of technology solutions; the company also have business portfolios in construction, agriculture, mini-grids, fitness, and media.
Under his leadership, Green Lunar has delivered and promoted digital platforms for sectors including defense, healthcare, education, tourism, security, and public administration. The company has been involved in projects such as electronic medical records, training institution management systems, visitor management systems, construction for the military and other clients, deployment of mini-grids in Kosubosu and other communities in Baruten LGA of Kwara State, and other projects for public and private clients.
Beyond business, he is committed to youth development, education, and leadership. Through Green Lunar, he instituted the Major O.O. Odina Award for Excellence at the Nigeria Military School to encourage academic excellence, discipline, and leadership among future generations.
He is a recipient of the prestigious NYSC State Honours Award in Ebonyi State. His leadership has earned recognition from several organizations, including the University of Benin Comrade Community, which honored him as Comrade of the Year, and Green Lunar Nigeria Limited, which received the Brand Partner of the Year award for its contributions to innovation and youth empowerment.
